Nice compact design and wide enough to cater for wider headbands, does the job.

The plates are well dimensioned and of great quality. They come with their own T-nuts that you need a few tries to lock into place but no biggie at all.

Have not installed on my new rig yet. Still adjusting and getting placement right, but the construction of the holder appears to be quite durable and should serve me well.

A cupholder is an underrated part of a sim rig. This one has held my Dutch Bros coffee, water bottle, or beer bottle, and I expect it to hold just about anything else I slide in the holder, even a mug. It's not snug, so I don't have to pull hard on a container. This fits along the aluminum extrusion rails, though maybe not the best on the angled upright posts of some NLR rigs. I elected to bolt mine on the bottom rail that spans the length of the rig, immediately to my right; it's out of the way of my shifters and handbrake, but still within quick reach.
